Lead Instructor - Jeff Battah
Currently the Goaltending Coach in the top Professional Ice Hockey League in France for Rapaces de Gap (Ligue Magnus)
Jeff has coached Professional Ice Hockey in Europe since 2017 having coached in Austria (EBEL/ICEHL) Hungary (Erste Liga) United Kingdom (EIHL) and France (Ligue Magnus).
In North America Jeff has coached at all levels in Canada from 10 years in the Western Hockey League (WHL - CHL / Lethbridge, Prince George, Vancouver) to Canadian University Sport (University of Lethbridge & University of British Columbia) the Junior A level in the BCHL (Powell River and Nanaimo) in the OJHL (Brampton and Milton)
Internationally Jeff has coached 3 times with Hockey Canada and once with Great Britain.
In 2005 with Team Canada U18 winning Gold at the Ivan Hilinka Tournament in Czech Republic. Winning gold with Team Canada West in 2011 and Silver in 2012 at the World Junior "A" Challenge as well with Great Britain U20 winning Bronze at the World Championships in 2024.
Jeff currently offers on ice skill development programs in Vancouver Canada and in Europe for goaltenders in Pro, NCAA, CHL and Junior hockey.

EK Goaltending Development specializes in training and coaching goaltenders of high performance in North America and Europe.
Our staffs coaching backgrounds consists of coaching Professionally in Europe, multiple national programs internationally to North American Major Junior, College and Junior A.
Our year round training programs consist of on and off the ice development as well as player placement services.
MENTORSHIP
We provide to a limited number of goaltenders a yearly mentorship program based on video analysis (game or practices) on a weekly basis using Dartfish video software.
We also assist in practice and game management planning as well as player placement .

Team Remote Coaching
We know that not every team has the budget for a goaltender coach but understand that it is a necessity.
We offer remote coaching to teams focusing on the goaltenders development through practice planning, game management and video analysis as well as scouting and recruiting.
